Hunter Biden - Ugly Things

I have been reading the Hunter Biden memoir "Beautiful Things".

I feel for the guy; I recognize that he has had his share of pain and tragedy. I also acknowledge that you have worked on some good humane and philanthropical causes. Thank you for that. However, I think the thing that bothers me the most about Hunter's life, and his lack of awareness, is that through his drug use, which he has survived personally to an admirable degree, from all accounts, is that his illegal drug consumption has probably killed a good number of Black and brown people.

Check that, no matter what color or ethnic group we are, we are all people, and we all count.

Don't follow?

Hear me out.

Whether you are white, American, Republican, Democrat, or Libertarian, Black, Asian, male or female, high income or low income, pro-drug or anti-drug, here is what the world is and how our laws work: illicit drug production, distribution, and consumption are against the law. Like it or not, those are the rules and how our society is based.

Lately, marijuana and cannabis laws have eased up a bit in most parts of the United States. Fine. Laws that allow drugs to be legalized are what they are. Nicotine and alcohol, among other chemicals, have had a long history of legality and propriety among the people. Hunter Biden himself tells us of the travails of alcohol addiction.

Understood, loud and clear. Pernicious. But unless you literally poison yourself to death, or drive drunk and kill others by that line of irresponsible stupidity, then the sales and consumption of legal spirits is not leading to many deaths.

That is on the individual and the family, until it isn't, in thousands or by now millions of drunk driving fatalities.

Hunter has opened up to lots of crack cocaine purchases and consumption.

Hunter and everyone, I am here to inform you. These purchases lead to a lot of deaths, usually violent and under-noticed. Why under-noticed?

Because the main victims of the illegal drug trade are brown and Black, and most of our "white formatted" society does not recognize what kills our brothers and sisters in the thousands yearly through these illegal sales. I am not talking only Americans, either. I value the lives of Mexicans and Salvadorans, Colombians, Bolivians, and Peruvians.

Thousands upon thousands die, from the middle of South America all the way to the local neighborhoods and ghettos among us privileged Americans.

Hunter, how much has your addiction and consumption of crack, aka "hard" as you know it intimately, has contributed to the deaths, most of them violent, against your fellow human beings? Two? Five? Fifteen?

Hunter, you have killed a lot of humanity, like it or not.

Don't buy my narrative? Don't believe that this process is true?

Like it or not, it is true. The illegal drug trade kills people regularly and viciously.

When you are a part of it, you have become complicit.

If you don't like it, fine. Fight the system legally and legislate and vote against it.

Again, when you buy illegal drugs, you are taking part in the death of gang members and their innocent victims domestically, and many growers and runners and law enforcement and other extorted victims externally.

Mexico is out of control. Death upon death, as gruesome, grotesque, horrific, and terrifying as anything in Iraq or Afghanistan.

HUNTER BIDEN. Own your guilt.

Your Chinese or Ukrainian money, (you tell journalists that you will not "open your kimono" about your earnings), funded death upon death upon death. Mostly Black  and brown people.

Shame on you.

SHAME ON YOU!

I know from your book that Beau, your beloved brother, was a great guy.

He went to Iraq. He fought for us, for you.

What will you do to redeem yourself? I believe in redemption, foregiveness.

However, part of the repentance process is to recognize your guilt, complicity, and impact. Consequences of our actions.

Start now.

Best of luck. God bless you and us.

I mean that.

CCR sings "I ain't no Senator's son! No!"

Hunter: "it ain't me". It's you.

  1. Finished the book today. I am glad that Melissa treated him so strictly and caught him in all his ways of deception. I wish him the best, and I pray he does not blow thousands of more dollars on illegal drugs, that by its own process kills a lot of people. One dead is too much.

We all have to take responsibility for the lives we save or remove from the earth.

No one is perfect, certainly not me.

How many prostitute encounters did he have? He probably does not know, based on his faulty memory when high. Does he care?

I still don't think he gets how accountable he is for a pretty awful lifestyle.

    Apologies? Also, so partisan.

George Bush accounted for his alcohol addiction. Did he spend hundreds of thousands on it?

Hunter. I hope our country can get past your recklessness.

Or, was it only Ukrainian and Chinese money you blew?

I think Donald Trump is a cheat and snake with foreign interests, too, if anyone questions my allegiance.

Hunter is lucky that his father is clean. Uncle James? What is going on there?

    To be continued--
