The Loneliness
Over all the times it’s me more alone than not
Rather than surrounded by others
Or clinging to a lover’s embrace
I ran today, I mean yesterday
We went up then down the road
Me alone, enough, quite a bit
At first the worst, then decreases, decreased
I collected Conan
The super version of me, us, humanity
The lone wanderers
Like the finny Groo
From my comics
And my past
So often times lonely
So I recount
It through tales
To reconnect with others
And stave off the alone time
No longer isolated
But loved and almost beloved
Thinking of those by themselves outside in the cold.
