A sixteen-year old shoots 3 minors and a teacher to death. Bend, Oregon.
My first question: how much did the teen smoke marijuana?
Mental illness has no easy fix.
Guns and proliferation of them can be very wrong, problematic.
THC levels in cannabis consumed exacerbates all of the above.
People are slow to learn and understand.
